Raw milk Pecorino is the classic Umbrian pecorino, produced with great care: the cheese wheels are treated using the most modern technologies but, at the same time, respecting the old traditions with the use of natural ingredients and with the manual handling of the cheese wheels.
SPECIFIC NOTES: Artisanal Pecorino cheese made from pure Italian milk.
ORIGIN: Umbria.
INGREDIENTS: sheep's milk, rennet, salt.

STORAGE METHOD: temperature between 4 / 8°C.
AVERAGE EXPIRY: 60/90 days.
