RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Lonza can be eaten in slices as a carpaccio with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and flakes of Parmesan. It goes well with fresh, soft and semi-hard cheeses. Good throughout the meal and on all occasions both as an appetizer and as a second course with fresh bread or bruschetta.
