Finocchiona I.G.P. also known as Sbriciolona, it is produced with bacon, cheek and capocollo meat, finely minced and flavored with salt, garlic, pepper and wild fennel seeds. After a maturation of about 2 months in natural casings it is ready to be consumed. It has an intense flavour.

SIZE / WEIGHT: about 350 grams.

SPECIFIC NOTES: Fine-grained salami flavored with fennel.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Seasoning: 20-25 days.

INGREDIENTS: Pork, salt, wine, dextrose, wild fennel seeds 0.4%, ground black pepper, antioxidant: E301, cracked black pepper, garlic, preservatives: E250; E252. Inedible casing.

STORAGE METHOD: Cool and dry place.

AVERAGE EXPIRY: 90/120 days.
