Selected meat from state-of-the-art farms, medium smoked over beech wood, flavored with a blend of fine wild mountain herbs, salt and pepper and aged for at least twenty-two weeks in the fresh mountain air - this is what which gives speck its authentic character and unmistakable taste. The family recipe, handed down for generations, and modern production methods make it a product of the highest quality. Tip: Speck gives the best taste if it is cut by hand, against the grain and in thin slices. Its aroma is best enhanced if you taste the speck at room temperature.
