Salame di Norcia or "Ansuinetto" is a classic medium-grain salami produced with selected pork meat, it is ruby-colored with uniform and well-distributed fat lardons, it is distinguished by its sweet and delicate flavour.
ORIGIN: Umbria.

STORAGE METHOD: A cool, dry place.
