The Guanciale di Norcia "Ansuini" is a typical Umbrian product skilfully obtained from the whole cheek of the pig, it has typical lean veins with a component of fine fat which give the product, with the addition of pepper, a characteristic flavor . Excellent for the preparation of carbonara, or eaten very thinly sliced on bread. It is gluten-free.
