In the Fleury, in addition to the biodynamic commitment to the vines, history and passion are shaped in a particularly rigorous assembly process.

• The short maceration of the method gives a greater expression to this vintage. Delicious flavors and aromas of red fruits, this is a very drinkable Rosé Champagne.
• Vinification in thermo-regulated tanks. This wine has a bright ruby color, with a delicious bouquet of fresh red fruits, black currants and plum pie, the aromas combine both the richness of vinosity with a delicate touch of sweetness on the final palate.
