Contadi Castaldi and Satèn, a wonderful union. In fact, no other winery identifies itself so deeply with this typical typology of Franciacorta. A sparkling wine that is less sparkling and with a more delicate flavor than the classic type. A wine with a persistent aroma, whose style plays a lot on the search for harmony between complexity and pleasantness, in a perfect symphony with the entire Franciacorta area.

Bright straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh and elegant, thus characterized by clear aromas of hawthorn, bread crust, balsamic notes and nuances of rennet apple, dried figs and peanuts. An olfactory profile of great persuasion that introduces a soft, enveloping taste, never sweet and indeed marked by a trace of fresh sapidity. The finish is long and dense, very pleasant on the palate.
