Franciacorta DOCG Brut Miolo tenuta Villa Crespia

The Miolo Villa Crespia was born in a single vineyard with clayey soils which allow for a slower maturation of the Chardonnay grapes. The resulting Brut is distinguished from the other Franciacorta Villa Crespia by more intense floral and fruity notes, which soften both the acidity and the structure. The spicy and vegetal notes give way to the sweet ones and the result is a "euphoric" Franciacorta.
The scent is fresh, fine, floral, with notes of red apple, citrus, grapefruit and bread crust.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10°/12°.

STORAGE METHOD: Cool place away from light of the sun.

ALCOHOL: 13.5% vol.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: It goes well with aperitifs on a creamy base, with mousse of vegetables, dry desserts and fruit tarts.

SPECIFIC NOTES: Contains sulphites.
