Cuvée Royale comes from the selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes from Tenuta Montenisa, for a cuvée with unprecedented and precious harmony, with great expressiveness and elegance. The permanence on the lees enhances its intense aroma with notes of white peach, bread crust and yeasts. It has a pale straw yellow color and a creamy foam with a fine and persistent perlage. It is balanced on the palate and enhances the typical vivacity of Brut.
