Franciacorta DOCG prima cuvée Monte Rossa

It is the business card of the company, the most widespread wine, which stands out for its pleasantness and elegance. Its simplicity translates into finesse, immediacy and pleasantness: all fundamental characteristics for a quality Franciacorta. The first Cuvée is obtained with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes with a small percentage of Pinot Blanc. The minimum refinement is 18 months in the bottle. Simple but immediate, pleasant and with a good personality.

GRAPES: Chardonnay 85%, Pinot Noir 10%, Pinot Blanc 5%.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Ideal throughout the meal, excellent with risottos and first courses, superlative with fish crudités.
