Prosecco DOC Bio Gaggiandre is fruity and floral. The grapes harvested from vineyards conducted under organic viticulture are softly pressed and the must fermented at a controlled temperature. The subsequent second fermentation is managed to preserve all the aromatic heritage and restore floral aromas, a pleasantly dry taste, ideal for an aperitif and with delicate dishes. An organic wine that preserves the characteristics of the vine, a pure and sincere expression of the skilful work in the vineyard.
