A gentle yellow with a subtle and persistent perlage, with the scent of bread and holes, with a dry and fresh flavour. Precious cuvée of selected white berried company vines, obtained according to the Charmat method.

  • Features: Subtle and persistent perlage, the color is straw yellow with citrine reflections. Intense, persistent bouquet, with floral hints and a light background of crusty bread. The taste is pleasant and elegant.
  • Pairings: Aperitif, excellent with fish appetizers.
