The Chardonnay DOC is fresh, juicy and persistent, with great balance. Classic straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the nose reveals fruity aromas of ripe apple, melon and banana.

GRAPES: 100% chardonnay.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: An excellent aperitif, it goes beautifully with light hors d'oeuvres and pasta-based first courses. Excellent with a carpaccio with porcini mushrooms.
