The rosé Salento IGT Calafuria comes from vineyards that extend for more than a kilometer along the Adriatic coast, its bright pink color with coral reflections is characteristic.

• Characteristics: The scent of this rosé is pleasantly fruity, ample, intense and persistent with notes of red fruit and raspberry. The taste is fresh and savory, in perfect balance between softness and acidity.
• Pairings: It is a very versatile rosé, excellent to combine with cured meats and cheeses but also with recipes seafood based on fish and shellfish.
