Pinot Grigio DOC St. Michael-Eppan

The Pinot Grigio DOC comes from selected vineyards on small plots of land that have been cultivated for centuries thanks to intense manual work. With the classic straw yellow color, the nose expresses beautiful notes of ripe pear and melon, embellished with a certain floral reference. On the palate it is fresh and creamy, balanced and characterized by a nice acidity before a slightly softer closure, on the fruit.
