The Sauvignon "Sanct Valentin" is one of the great wines of the Produttori di San Michele Appiano winery, and it is also one of the great Italian Sauvignons. Its extreme finesse and elegance make it a wine for connoisseurs, and with a pleasantness it will also attract the neophyte. The Sauvignon "Sanct Valentin" is a white of the high oenological school, the result of an accurate and precise harvest that does not allow for errors and that concedes nothing to the quantitative yield. The name of the cooperative winery of San Michele Appiano is now well known to all wine enthusiasts in Italy, and represents for everyone the very idea of a high quality wine cooperative.

• Features: Brilliant straw yellow, the nose reveals aromas of wild elderberry and figs and a slightly spicy trace. In the mouth it is fine, decisive, dry and persistent. With good acidity, it closes with an extremely clean finish, on the fruit.
• Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif! It is an ideal white wine to accompany fish-based appetizers with delicate sauces or local, not too aged cheeses.
