The Bianco Toscana IGT "Libaio" is a wine with an exuberant taste of ripe fruit, even exotic: yellow apples, banana. Followed by citrus nuances, honey, jasmine. The composition of fruit and acidity make it fresh, despite the well-sculpted structure. It closes with a touch of softness, to be combined with medium-aged cheeses, fish, vegetables.
