100% Organic Grechetto DOC is an expression of the Umbrian tradition of white wines and of the protected denomination of Montefalco area.

• Characteristics: Opens to the nose with elegance: fresh, fruity and floral with notes of citrus, peach, almond and hawthorn. The taste has a good structure and pleasant freshness. Fermented and aged in steel, with a rest of three months on the lees. It rests for another three months in the bottle.
• Pairings: Accompanies seafood appetizers, cured meats, fresh cheeses and first courses. Excellent with legume and cereal soups, rustic pies and fish-based main courses.
