Cellar From the Forno Romano

Since the construction of the estate and the cellar in 1990, Romano Dal Forno has paid obsessive attention to all the production processes, both between the rows and in the cellar, starting from the planting of the vineyards to arrive at the drying techniques.
It is in this cellar that tradition of the vineyard and technology come together and the union is productivity: here research overcomes exasperation , if a wine is to represent the Dal Forno Romano reality, it must be of a quality that can never be discussed.
