“Il Bacialé”, in Piedmontese dialect, is the spousal, the one who arranges marriages. In fact, this wine is born from a perfect marriage between Barbera and other grapes.

• Features: Classic ruby red colour, elegant and intense. Balanced scents with fruity notes of blackberries and currants with spicy nuances. The taste is warm and pleasant with an excellent closure, with an aftertaste of plums, pepper and cinnamon.
• Pairings: Throughout the meal, it goes well with Italian appetizers, red and white, not too mature cheeses.
