In the Cabernet DOC the marked reliefs separated by fresh valleys, the suitable sun exposure and the mixing of alluvial deposits with the disintegrated volcanic rocks, determine intense qualitative characteristics in the grapes. These peculiarities give red wines the color and strength they draw from the soil, as well as intensity to the nose and flavour; On the nose, our Cabernet DOC is Intense, characteristic varietal, sometimes spicy, with a harmonious, full and long-lasting taste, ideal for well-seasoned first courses, meat main courses and aged cheeses.
