Sagrantino Dante Caprai 4 love Limited Edition

Caprai4Love is a project by Arnaldo Caprai in favor of social and territorial sustainability, which since 2013, thanks to the sale of limited edition wines, has allowed the restoration of various works of art visible at the San Francesco Museum in Montefalco . Sustainability is therefore understood as the maximum enhancement of the territory, to return a social dividend to the community where the renowned Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG wine is produced.

This limited edition celebrates the 700th year of the death of the great poet Dante Alighieri , author of the Divine Comedy and icon of Italian culture in the world. The label is the work of the Canadian artist Rick Rojnic (2018), a reinterpretation of the portrait of Dante which is part of the cycle of frescoes "Stories of the life of San Francesco" painted by Benozzo Gozzoli in 1452, and visible in the Museum of Montefalco.

AGEING: 22 months in French oak barriques and at least 6 months in bottle.

AROMA: the nose has intense aromas of plums, cherry jam and sweet spices.

TASTE: the taste is decisive and intense, the softness of the tannins perfectly balanced by the freshness of the finish.

PACKAGING: precious case with magnet and handle.
