Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC Farina

Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC is a fine red wine that conveys the authentic soul, aromas and flavors of the area it comes from. It is fruity and delicate on the nose, with hints of cherry and ripe raspberry, red fruit and sweet almond. On the palate it is dry, but velvety and well balanced, with a pleasant aftertaste of cooked, burnt and enveloping fruit, to be combined with land-based cuisine and meat-based second courses in particular, it is excellent with baked pork loin.

FEATURES: Red wine with a brilliant ruby red color, with reflections turning to garnet with age.

GRAPES: 45% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 25% Rondinella, 5% Molinara, 5% Dindarella.

ALCOHOL: 13% vol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Temperature included between 14/18°.

STORAGE METHOD: in a cool place away from sunlight.
