The Rosso Toscana IGT Torgaio is a wine with a generous and enveloping aroma, it immediately communicates the red fruits of black cherry and cherries in spirit, with a sequel of dark plums and a svirgolata of pepper at the finish. The taste is soft at the start and velvety afterwards, with the tannins supporting a sincere, coherent and not lacking in freshness finish, perfect with vegetables, cured meats and croutons, and some fatty fish, stewed eels.
