Syrah IGT Molino a Vento

Syrah IGT is characterized by being fresh, young, full of energy. On the nose it has an evident aroma of violet and currant, rich in notes of licorice and black pepper, with a full taste with harmonious and well integrated tannins, the finish is pleasantly toasted and spicy.

• Vinification: takes place with aging in steel; it completes the maturation process in wood for 2-4 months before being bottled.
• Pairings: Perfect for pairings such as spaghetti carbonara, grilled red meats, typical medium-sized Sicilian cheeses seasoning.
