Tozzetti are typical Umbrian biscuits, softer than Tuscan ones, with almonds, cocoa and chocolate drops. They are not cut or processed by machine, but rather by hand and therefore subject to inequalities that testify to their craftsmanship.

INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour, sugar, chocolate drops 8%, toasted ALMONDS 7.5%, whole EGGS, margarine, cocoa powder 4%, honey, yeast, natural flavourings.

STORAGE METHOD: Store in a cool, dry place.

AVERAGE EXPIRY: 4/5 months.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Perfect for breakfast with milk, coffee or tea. Also suitable as a snack with a fruit juice (organic nectar) or to combine with a Passito wine.
