The puffed spelled biscuits are raw biscuits made with chocolate and puffed spelled cold-worked on stone, cut and packaged by hand. A unique and inimitable product of its kind, puffed spelled is organic and a typical Umbrian product.

INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour, sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa in powder, whole MILK, MILK powder, whole EGGS, cocoa butter, margarine, PUFFED SPELT or PISTACHIOS or ALMONDS 3%, yeast, flavourings, natural vanilla flavouring.

STORAGE METHOD: Store in a cool, dry place.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Perfect for breakfast with milk, coffee or tea. Also suitable as a snack with a fruit juice (organic nectar) or to combine with a Passito wine.
