Farfotte, called little butterflies due to their shape which on the sides resembles the wings of a butterfly, are artisan biscuits entirely handmade in Norcia with spelled flour and chocolate.

INGREDIENTS: Type 0 soft WHEAT flour, sugar, EGGS, vegetable margarine, gianduia cream 8%, Spelled flour 15%, potato starch, SOY lecithin, honey , yeast, rum, alchermes, cinnamon, flavourings.

STORAGE METHOD: Store in a cool, dry place.

AVERAGE EXPIRY: 4/5 months.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Perfect for breakfast with milk, coffee or tea . Also suitable as a snack with a fruit juice (organic nectar) or to combine with a Passito wine.
