The Tarallino with fennel seeds "Oriella finocchiella" is produced according to its original recipe with the use of fennel seeds in the dough of the traditional Apulian tarallo. Ideal as a hunger breaker, adults but also children like it, especially for its size. Heated before being served, it releases all its aroma, as if freshly baked. It goes perfectly with beer or wine, as per its ancient tradition.
