The Tarallino "Carlo tarallo" is a typical product of the Apulian tradition, whose base dough is made up of flour, oil, salt and white wine. Ideal as a hunger breaker, adults but also children like it. Heated before being served, it releases all its aroma, as if freshly baked. It goes perfectly with beer or wine, as per its ancient tradition.
