Saffron is grown organically, harvested by hand and dried naturally on the same day of collection, thus leaving all the organoleptic characteristics intact. Processed according to current hygiene and health regulations, it is packaged by hand so as not to damage the pistils.
SPECIFIC NOTES: Saffron in pistils, pack for 40/50 place settings; put them to infuse in about 5 cl of warm water in a glass jar.
ORIGIN: Umbria.
ADDITIVES AND PRESERVATIVES: None.
STORAGE METHOD: Keep the product in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
AVERAGE EXPIRY: 36 months.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Perfect for risotto and both long and short pasta for a unique and unsurpassed flavour.
