Zuppa di Orzo Ortolana

The Ortolana barley soup is made with simple ingredients but able to create a really tasty dish together. The genuineness of the ingredients guarantees all the taste and aroma of a simple soup, like the one prepared by our grandmothers. It is a winter dish that will warm up your evenings.
The vegetable soup is made up of a careful selection of pearl barley, zucchini, aubergines, potatoes, peas, carrots, celery, leek and parsley: ingredients carefully chosen to give a rustic and genuine flavour.

MODE OF USE: Cook in about half a liter of salted water, while cooking, add sautéed onion and tomato. Serve with grated cheese and pieces of toasted bread.
