Made with an intense and sweet flavour, it has an amber yellow colour. The preparation of the compote is made with figs from our green Umbrian hills, respecting nature and always guaranteeing the highest quality products.

SPECIFIC NOTES: compote of figs and artisanal brandy.

ORIGIN: Umbria.

INGREDIENTS: figs (60%), sugar, brandy (7%) , acidifier, citric acid. Figs of Italian production.

ADDITIVES AND PRESERVATIVES: None.

STORAGE METHOD: At room temperature if the product it is intact; the opened jam must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 weeks of opening.

AVERAGE EXPIRY: 12/18 months.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Excellent as an accompaniment to both fresh and aged cheeses, this jam is also recommended combined with dishes based on red meats, such as boiled and roasted meats.
