Jam with an intense and sweet flavour, it has a dark green colour. The preparation of the jam takes place with green tomatoes produced in the Carpina Valley in the Upper Tiber Valley in Umbria, with respect for nature, guaranteeing the highest quality of products, maintaining the intact and pure taste of the fruit.

INGREDIENTS: green tomatoes (65% ), sugar, acidifier, citric acid.
ADDITIVES AND PRESERVATIVES: None.
STORAGE METHOD: At room temperature environment if the product is intact; the opened jam must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 weeks of opening.
AVERAGE EXPIRY: 12/18 months.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Excellent as an accompaniment to both fresh and aged cheeses, this jam is also recommended combined with red meat dishes, such as boiled and roasted meats.
