Tartufella is a sauce with an authentic and not exalted flavor, it is more digestible and not aggressive, made with only truffles from Umbria. This exceptional product has reached the peak of its goodness thanks to the skilful recipe of our craftsman who, with passion and dedication, has been able to enhance it and bring it to the peak of its perfection.

INGREDIENTS: Cultivated mushrooms (agaricus bisporus) 62%, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) 10%, flavourings, salt, parsley.

STORAGE METHOD: Room temperature, once opened in the fridge.

AVERAGE EXPIRY: 12/18 months.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Appetizers, croutons, bruschetta, first and second courses of both meat and fish. Excellent with eggs for a quick and tasty scramble.
