The white truffle sauce is a precious condiment; the main ingredient is the white truffle which is smooth, pale yellow in colour, with a fragrant and delicate scent, very precious. The flavor of this sauce is enhanced when paired with first courses, omelettes and hot bread bruschetta.

STORAGE METHOD: At room temperature – once the jar is opened, keep for 15 days in the fridge at 0 to 4 °.
