A real gastronomic specialty dedicated to those who love balanced but gritty flavours. An extra ally in the kitchen to make every single dish served delicious. A so-called "poor" dish of Tuscan origin, one of those dishes of the past necessary to give energy and satiety to then go back to work in the fields, but also tasty and above all that requires the famous shoe!

  • How it's made: The preparation process involves a phase of washing and sorting the vegetables used, followed by a first cooking (sautéed), adding bread and tomato and other ingredients, to then finish cooking. The product, still at boiling temperature, is packaged in glass jars. Subsequently, it is sterilized in an autoclave.
  • Recommended pairings: The pappa al pomodoro is simply served with extra virgin olive oil. and, to give a touch of crunchiness, toasted bread cut into triangles or cubes.

STORAGE METHOD: The product should be stored away from heat sources. Once opened, the product can be kept in the refrigerator between 0° and +4° C for 5 days.
