Crostino Toscano

A real gastronomic specialty dedicated to those who love balanced but gritty flavours. An extra ally in the kitchen to make every simple slice of bread delicious. The preparation process involves a phase of washing and sorting the vegetables used, followed by a first cooking (sautéed) adding the meat and other ingredients, completing the cooking and grinding. The product, still at boiling temperature, is packaged in glass jars. Subsequently we proceed to sterilization in an autoclave.

STORAGE METHOD: The product should be stored away from heat sources. Once opened, the product can be kept in the refrigerator between 0° and +4° C for 5 days.
