A real gastronomic specialty dedicated to those who love balanced but gritty flavours. An extra ally in the kitchen to make every single pasta dish delicious. The preparation process involves a phase of washing and sorting the vegetables used, followed by a first cooking (sautéed) adding the meat for browning, adding tomato pulp and other ingredients and completing the cooking. The product, still at boiling temperature, is packaged in glass jars. Subsequently we proceed to sterilization in an autoclave.
