Ideal for seasoning pasta, the Aglione sauce is a true gastronomic specialty dedicated to those who love balanced but gritty flavours. An extra ally in the kitchen to make your dishes delicious. The preparation process involves a phase of washing and sorting the vegetables used, followed by a first cooking (sautéed) adding tomato pulp and completing the cooking. The product, still at boiling temperature, is packaged in glass jars. Subsequently we proceed to pasteurization in an autoclave.

STORAGE METHOD: The product should be stored away from heat sources. Once opened, the product can be kept in the refrigerator between 0° and +4° C for 5 days.
