Melanzane a Filetti

Aubergines in fillets are tasty to eat simply on a slice of bread or to enrich canapés, also excellent as a condiment for pasta or as an accompaniment to a second course of meat. To obtain this product they are harvested, washed, selected, cut into thin fillets and put into jars.
