Lo STORICO Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a certified DOP Umbria Colli Assisi Spoleto oil, obtained from varieties of olives from the sunny lands of the family farm, located between the medieval villages of Trevi and Campello sul Clitunno. The "Assisi-Spoleto Olive Belt " becomes part of the Agricultural Heritage Systems of global significance of FAO, the United Nations organization for food and agriculture. First Italian territory, it was in fact included in the GIAHS (Globally important agricultural heritage systems) programme.
USE: Excellent for seasoning red meat and roasts, buschette and soups.
