Instant mushroom polenta. Ready in 5 minutes, produced in an artisanal way according to tradition.

MODE OF USE: Boil about a liter of salted water. Sprinkle in the flour and cook for at least five minutes, stirring until it is cooked and thick as desired. Serve with a knob of butter and a sprinkling of cheese.
