The Passata Classica is made with sun-kissed tomatoes from Abruzzo under the watchful eye of expert farmers who continuously monitor their growth, to ensure that they are sweet, with few seeds and that they arrive at the end of the season without defects. The Pera d'Abruzzo tomato has always been appreciated for the few presence of seeds and the abundant pulp, which make it ideal for pureeing, with a typical flavor and a bright red colour.
SPECIFIC NOTES: Rustic purée of 100% Italian tomatoes packaged and pasteurized.
