Fruit nectar is the result of squeezing fruit with the consequent separation of the pulpy part. The fruit is washed shortly after harvesting and blanched in order to obtain a puree which is then diluted in water and to which organic beet sugar is added. The organic lemon and aloe nectar is a drink with a slightly bitter taste. It is ideal for making refreshing and thirst-quenching cocktails.
