Obtained from the processing of meat from the shoulder and belly of the pig, seasoned for fifteen days and flavored with natural flavourings, our sweet salamella is excellent to be enjoyed on any occasion, on mixed platters of cold cuts, with bread sticks and pretzels, on wood-fired homemade bread.
