Norcia Truffle Salami is a typical Umbrian artisan product. It is among the excellences of the region thanks to the combination of the flavor of its meat and the truffle, which makes it a tasty and at the same time elegant product. It is stuffed into natural casings, aged for 60/90 days starting with the heat of the wood-burning fireplace. The products of the Ansuini Brothers are distinguished by the genuineness of the raw materials and the high quality of the workmanship, coming from decades of experience: "Mastro Vittorio" has been able to pass on to his children, with passion and devotion, the work and the art of the real pork butcher.
SIZE / WEIGHT: about 250 grams - product subject to natural weight loss.
INGREDIENTS: Pork, salt, dextrose, truffle 0.3% (ingr. tuber aestivum vit.min. 65%, water, salt, flavourings), pepper, garlic. Preservative: E250 – E252 Antioxidant: E301.
STORAGE METHOD: Cool, dry place.
AVERAGE EXPIRY: 2/3 months.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Norcia truffle salami is a salami with a particular taste that satisfies the most demanding palates and truffle lovers. We recommend pairing it with good homemade bread and an excellent Umbrian red wine.
