The “Ansuini” wild boar boar is a sausage with 10% wild boar meat with external white mold to preserve every aroma. It is a typical Umbrian product with a strong and unmistakable flavour.

SIZE / WEIGHT: about 200 grams - product subject to natural weight loss.

ORIGIN: Umbria.

INGREDIENTS: pork, wild boar (min. 5%), salt, dextrose, sucrose, flavourings, pepper, garlic, chilli, smoke flavouring. Preservative E250 - E252.

STORAGE METHOD: Cool, dry place.

AVERAGE EXPIRY: 2/3 months .
