Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOP Poggio Novo has a good structure to be enjoyed young and is at its best if consumed within the year of production.

• Characteristics: on the nose it has a fresh smell, fragrances of ripe fruit and wild flowers with a perceptible hint of bitter almonds, dry and soft, to deliberately favor its freshness. Its right alcohol content, with excellent intensity and persistence, goes very well with the well-perceptible acidity and sapidity, typical of wines to be enjoyed in their youth. It is obtained from the vines in the Classic Verdicchio production area in the Municipality of Poggio San Marcello.
• Pairings: Perfect with shellfish appetizers, bivalve molluscs and seafood salads are part essential of his court.
